The Food, the power of self-discipline

When I decide to dedicate my time for social, People ask me most of the time, how you are so positive in every situations in your day to day life even in ups and down. How there is always glow in your face! I could feel there is serene, clam, compassion, love and respect for every living beings. "Well" After deep listening to their queries, I tell them compassionately, My dear, When I eat my food I do not just eat for the taste, I eat for the functions into my body from the food I eat. We do not need world class motivator or motivations. We just need a simple discipline. Discipline means be mindful towards what you eat and how it functions our body. That's it!!
